How do I get the keys to the apartment?
As soon as you have paid your deposit and informed us of your arrival time, we will make an appointment for either the owner or our person in charge of check-ins to meet you with the keys and settle you in to your accommodation. In the event that you are running late, you will need to give the contact number on your voucher a call.
Is there a specific check in time?
You can check into your property between 14:00 (2 pm) and 21:00 (9 pm). This allows for the cleaning staff to make the apartment ready for you after check out by previous guests.
If you arrive before 14.00 (2 pm), you will need to call the contact number on your voucher to see if it is possible to check in early. We will not know until the day of check in if it is possible to accommodate a check in before 14.00 (2 pm). Even if you are not able to check in before 14.00 (2 pm), you will be able to, in most cases, to drop off your luggage at 10.30, which is our check out time.
Should your travel arrangements necessitate a check-in between 20:00 (8 pm) and 22:00 (10 pm) certain apartments carry a late check-in fee of Euro 25, in this case you will be informed when you receive your arrival information. Any check in after 22:00 (10 pm) must be arranged previous to your arrival and can carry a late check in fee of Euro 50.
We only accept check-ins after midnight by prior agreement and can carry a late check in fee of up to Euro 50. **Please see below for information on plane delays.
Is there a specific check out time?
Check out must be done by 10:30 am. We can try to accommodate later check out when possible, however please be prepared to check out at 10.30 am. We will not know until the day of, if it is possible to check out later. In this case, you must call the contact number on your voucher.
If my plane is delayed or cancelled and I arrive after midnight, what should I do?
We cannot accept check-ins after midnight unless previous arrangements have be made. If you arrive after midnight, please check into the airport hotel and call us in the morning to arrange check-in. We highly recommend that our clients take out travel insurance to cover these types of issues.
