This Tuscany villa is part of "Le Casette della Capriola" - a pair of stone houses on a hill (170 meters above the sea) surrounded by the "macchia Mediterranea," overlooking an uncspoiled valley with a spectacular view of wheat fields, farm houses, olive trees, bushes and small trees typical of the Tuscany area.

Far away on the horizon, are the sea and the Promontorio dell'Argentario.

The Grande Casetta -- the big house -- comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.

From the large entrance hall through an arch you go into the living room where there is a large fireplace.

Plenty of armchairs and sofas (one can be used as extra bed if needed) satellite tv, video, tele+ channels, stereo.

This Tuscany villa is furnished with old family pieces. Simple and charming in the use of materials and colors.

The floor is all hand made cotto, a soft pink color, typical from the south caves near Salerno. Wood beams everywhere, and natural hand woven linens, tasteful country atmosphere.

From the living room, two double doors open into the pergola (that is completely independent from the pergolas of the other house) with a marble table that seats 10 and plenty of deck chairs.

From the entrance through a door you enter the dining room. The dining room seats 10-12 people and has has a large fireplace that is also good for cooking in winter and a door that opens towards the sunset.

The kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove, 90 cm oven, very modern large fridge and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen a bathroom with walk in shower and a small bedroom with bunk bed good for 2 children or a babysitter (as it is very independent).

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom.

The master bedroom has its own dressing room with walk in wardrobe, an king size iron bed, a desk, couch and bookcase with books in several languages and four windows with beautiful different views and an ensuite bathroom with bath tub and shower.

The twin bedroom has two windows, the twin beds are regular size that can be joined to form another queen bed, this bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

The third bedroom has a queen sized bed (or twins if requested), and two windows plus an ensuite bathroom with shower.
