Marsiliana Villa Podere del Cutignolo is a generous, spacious and well equipped Tuscany villa which was completely restored in 2003.

The villa is filled with sunlight with French doors in all the ground floor rooms allowing you to move freely indoors and out.

Next to this Tuscany villa is a small road that leads from the hamlet from Marsiliana to Capalbio, a charming Tuscan hilltop village which has become fashionable over the last 10 years.

The front of the villa has a spacious pergola with table and chairs.  The large lawn at the back of the house is surrounded by barns on two sides and an open space living room.

The swimming pool that is shared with Stalla and Dependence is 6 x 15 meters and is very well equipped with sun beds and deck chairs.

The decoration of the house is the result of a family collaboration in choosing the colours, paint work, designing the kitchen and finding the right furniture in antique shops and markets.
