Caminata is housed by what was once a religious convent dating from the early 13th century.
After lengthy restoration work, it was converted and divided into apartments. Situated amidst the vineyards and olive tree groves, Caminata is peaceful and charming.

Apartment Caminata in the Borgo Francigena complex is located on the first floor, featuring a splendid entrance with a view over the castle of Monteriggioni.
There is a spacious livingroom/dining area with fireplace and kitchenette (oven, microwave), and one double bedroom with bathroom.
One of eleven apartments, guests will have shared access to the following:
- large lawn in the olive tree grove
- floodlit swimming pool (6m x 12m, 1.40m/1.80m deep, open May 1 - September 30) with shower (cold water) and changing rooms
