The Tuscany Farmhouse Mulinello is tucked into a hillside with perfect views across to Montepulciano.

It is on two levels: the ground floor has a lounge room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) and one bathroom with bath tub. One of the twin bedrooms has an ensuite wc.

There are wooden stairs leading to the upper floor, where there is a large kitchen and dining room with fireplace that can also be used for indoor barbecuing Tuscan style.

The kitchen can also be accessed through a terrace equipped with iron chairs and table. Another terrace, shaded by a couple of old oaks, looks over the valley.

The Tuscany Farmhouse Mulinello has been decorated with period furniture from the owner's family. Bed frames and mattresses are orthopedic. The farmhouse has central heating.

The property was restored and renovated according Tuscan tradition and surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woods.

A Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG wine and extra virgin olive oil are produced in the farm. The house has views overlooking the Montepulciano skyline to the south, Mount Amiata top to the West, and the hill of Montefollonico to the North.

From Montefollonico (all main services: food, post office, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, sport bars), a private unmade road leads to the farmhouse exclusively, ensuring privacy and a true peaceful country environment. Historic and artistic sites such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Chiusi, Monte San Sanvino, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Trasimeno lake, are all between 15 minutes and one hour drive away.

Thermal facilities of Chianciano, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni S. Filippo, Rapolano are no more than half hour drive away. Le Capanne can be reached in 30 mins. drive from Val di Chiana exit of Rome-Florence Highway.
