The palazzo consists of 3 suites and 2 small apartments, spread over three floors. (There are the Rosa Antico Suite, the Verde Olivo Suite, the Celeste Toscano Suite and the Giallo Ocra apartment.) Each suite and apartment has its own private independent entrance and fitted with private bathroom, TV, mini bar-fridge and safe.

Each room was named according to the colour in which its walls were tinted, enhancing the charm and authenticity of the exposed beam and old Tuscan red-brick roof. Included in the price is an Italian breakfast to be enjoyed sitting at the outdoor tables of the "Al Caffé" bar, Via Guelfa n. 2, in the central Piazza della Repubblica.
