'Vecchio Frantoio' is only a five minute drive from the medieval hilltop town of Cortona. The main A1 motorway is a fifteen minute drive from the apartment and the mainline train station is only a five minute drive away.
Lake Trasimeno is ten minutes from 'Vecchio Frantoio'. Rome and Pisa are two hours away and Florence is only one hour from the apartment. Siena, Orvieto, Arezzo (famous for its monthly antiques market), Montepulciano, Pienza, San Gimignano, Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio, Deruta, and many many more places of interest are all within easy travel distance. Golf within half an hour from the apartment, as well as numerous sports, all close by.
