The Tuscany Villa Flavia is located in Trequanda, only a few km south east of Siena in the region Crete di Siena, a region of undulating clay valleys and small towns with the slow rhythm of daily life. The towns of Pienza, Asciano and Rapolano are only a few minutes drive from Trequanda.

This beautifully restored Casa Colonica is perched on the top of a hill with stunning views of the magnificent countryside.

Tuscany Villa Flavia comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, one with dining table with seating for 8-10 people.  Both living rooms have working fireplaces.  There is a very well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and pizza oven. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
