The house os located in a unique and bright position at 530 meters above sea level amidst the olive trees. Guests will enjoy the characteristic views of the Chianti landscape.
The Casale Lecci is accessed just upon entering the center of Radda in Chianti, a gorgeous village in the heart of the Chianti area.
Pleasant and completely rustic style furnishings, Apartment Lecci 1 also has central heating.
Located on the upper ground floor, it has a living/dining area with single sofa bed (extra fee, see below), TV, kitchenette and access to a private terrace.
There is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The private and equipped terrace is 20m².
At guests' disposal *shared amenities:
- large lawn with olive tree grove and 10 hectares of land
- swimming pool (5m x 10m, depth 1.20m - 1.40m) and shower (cold water).
