One of three apartments in a tastefully restored old farmhouse, Apartment Aquilotto D features terracotta floors, a shared pool and restaurant service reserved for the guests.
Peaceful, shaded and located on a hill that rises to 750 meters, Aquilotto enjoys magnificent views of the Chianti hills with the city of Siena on the horizon.
Aquilotto D is characterized by simple and rustic style furnishings which reflect the Tuscan environment and it has the added benefit of central heating.
The farmhouse is accessed along 1.5km of well-maintained, unpaved road.
Located on the upper floor, Aquilotto D has a small dining room with lounge area (sofa that seats 2), fireplace, TV and access onto a small charming terrace (1.5m x 2.5m) with beautiful views, small kitchenette (oven, fridge) which opens onto the dining area.
There is a large double bedroom, as well as a bathroom with bath and shower.
The furnished and shaded, graveled outdoor area includes a swimming pool.
