One of three apartments in a tastefully restored old farmhouse, Apartment Aquilotto C features terracotta floors, a shared pool and restaurant service reserved for the guests.
Peaceful, shaded and located on a hill that rises to 750 meters, Aquilotto enjoys magnificent views of the Chianti hills with the city of Siena on the horizon.
Aquilotto C is characterized by simple and rustic style furnishings which reflect the Tuscan environment and it has the added benefit of central heating.
The farmhouse is accessed along 1.5km of well-maintained, unpaved road.
On the ground floor is a large kitchen/dining area (oven, fridge) with fireplace, lounge area (sofa that seats 2), TV and access to the outside.
There is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath.
The sleeping quarters are separated by a small elevation accessed by a few steps.
The private, furnished and shaded, graveled outdoor area includes a swimming pool.

- beautiful panoramic swimming pool (7.5m x 15m, depth 0.90m - 2.20m, about 70 meters away from the building.
