Poltri Giu is part of a group of three villas, Poltri Su and Casa al Lago located 500 metres from the main area of Borgo Corsignano around a landscaped lake.

The main area, a group of 16 farmhouse buildings includes villas and hamlets, located in a magnificent green valley with uninterrupted views of rolling hills. Each property is has its own private area for outdoor living furnished with barbecue, garden table and chairs. Every property has a different name and specific characteristics.

Poltri Giu is located on the ground floor, it comprises a private garden, three double bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, a living room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen with dishwashing machine, a dining area, and a broad private terrace.
